Kilo Code

Kilo Code is an AI coding agent. It writes and edits code across many files, completes code as you type, runs terminal commands and controls a browser. It has Code, Plan, Ask and Debug agents, and you can make your own. You can pick from more than 500 models and switch models in the middle of a task.

It runs as an extension for VS Code (also Cursor, Windsurf and other Open VSX editors), a JetBrains plugin, a command-line tool and a desktop app (beta). Cloud agents run from the browser, and a mobile app follows agents from a phone. The source code is under the MIT licence.

The Free plan costs $0 for individuals. Teams is $15 per user per month; Enterprise has custom pricing. AI use is billed separately: free models, your own API keys, local models (Ollama, LM Studio), or Kilo Gateway credits at the provider's rate with no markup (5% fee on credit purchases). Kilo Pass costs $19, $49 or $199 per month and adds bonus credits.
