Hootsuite is a web platform for managing many social media accounts in one place. Its suite, Hootsuite Social OS, has five parts: Perch (create, plan and schedule posts), Nest (one inbox for comments and direct messages), Lumen (social listening and insights), Wisdom (an AI assistant) and Parliament (employee advocacy).
Perch schedules posts to Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest and YouTube from one calendar. It can schedule up to 350 posts at once. Nest takes messages from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. MCP connectors let you use Hootsuite from ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini. There are apps for iPhone and Android, and a REST API.
Hootsuite is paid per user, with a free 14-day trial and no credit card needed. Prices per user per month, billed annually: Standard US$99 (up to 10 social accounts), Professional US$199 (unlimited accounts), Advanced US$399 (approvals and team workflows). Enterprise has custom pricing. Hootsuite began in 2008.
