It has three parts: ElevenCreative (speech, music, sound effects, image and video, with the Studio editor), ElevenAgents (voice and chat agents for phone, chat and WhatsApp) and ElevenAPI (APIs and SDKs for developers).
It runs in the cloud: in the web app, in iOS and Android apps, and through the API. The home page states speech in 90+ languages and 10,000+ voices in the voice library. Speech models include Eleven v4, Eleven v3 and Eleven Flash; Scribe turns speech into text.

Yearly billing costs 10 months for 12.
